EMLC and the
TDA Agenda
The work of the TDA in the
regions is commissioned to the Centre for Educational
Leadership (CEL) who, in turn, contract a range of
organisations to run TDA Regional Centres. The Regional
Centre for the East Midlands is hosted by
EMLC.
The work of the TDA in the
East Midlands and other regions centres on a combination
of national, regional and local priorities. This
combined agenda is driven by Regional Delivery
Partnerships.
The focus of the East
Midlands Regional Delivery Partnership is on:

Delivering regional
targets through building capacity in the region.

Providing innovation
and intelligence from the field to build practice at
regional and national level.

Strengthening links
with other field forces on specific programmes.
The
members of the East Midlands RDP include: Stephen
Hopkins, the TDA regional adviser, Matthew Payne, the
TDA Regional Relationship Management Consultant, Jane
Thomas and Kate McKenna of EMLC, the Regional Programme
Leaders, Kelly Neave and Margo Smeathers of EMLC, the
Regional Centre Coordinators, Simon Vanden, responsible
for Targeted Youth Support, and a range of partner
organisations, contracted centrally to support local
integrated delivery including Continyou, 4Children, the
Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC), and
Together for Children. |
